Great submission! Your controls are very tight and responsive. It looked really natural. I will say I found the walls to be very challenging. I probably just suck at the game though, haha. Great work, man!
Thank you! I guess the challenge is desirable when they're generated very closely to one of the walls since it's still possible - although harder - to collect them. However it might happen that they're generated too deeply inside the corner between two walls in which case it might be an impossible collection. That's one thing I need to fix.
Though I didn't copy the theme colors and motto directly into the game, I thought the quick and repetitive nature of each play session would be a valid, although maybe different, translation of the jam's theme.
The aspect of earth moves forward on its own. You can't speed it up or slow it down through controls. Consuming earth essence orbs will permanently increase both its move and turning speed.
